I purchased Bert Kreisher tickets for an event scheduled on in April 2020. I even purchased insurance because I am an overly cautious person. My event had been rescheduled twice and is now scheduled for November 2021. I no longer am able to go to event because it was reschedule a YEAR AND A HALF away from the original date. I purchased 4 seats to the lumineers in March 2020 which are postponed. I have been spending the day trying to talk to a person about a refund. I got automated texts instead. My event got cancelled and Vivid Seats claimed they sent an email in regards to the refund. They gave a deadline of one week to request a refund. I did not receive that email so when I called to request a refund they said they issued a credit on my account and I can't get a refund now. I bought tickets for an event that was "put on hold" before the event happened. I called, and asked for a refund AFTER the date of the event (a hockey game). However due to all that is going on and some family issues, I did not see the mail that said I had to respond within 7 days to get a refund. As a result, they issued a voucher for a future concert. On December 24, 2019, I purchased two Los Angeles Lakers NBA tickets for a game to be held on March 28, 2020. Due to COVID-19, this event was cancelled. I’m literally having the same issues with them and I’m annoyed. The customer service line is a complete joke and for there to not be a refund option about an event that’s been purchased and the date has come and gone is ridiculous. I am completely floored on VividSeats during this Covid19 time. I purchased Dodger tickets back in February for a game in May. The game obviously didnt happen so I asked for a refund. They said they will only give refund if the game was cancelled. So even if the game is postponed till next year, they will keep your money and you have to wait till then. Lets cut to the chase. COVID-19 has taken a terrible toll on the Entertainment Industry. There is no negating that. VIVID, like many other companies have undoubtedly been hit hard with the cancellation of shows. It is in these challenging times where a company has to make a decision. Do NOT do business with Vivid.. They have hands down the WORST customer service. My event was canceled and I fought them for 2 months and then instead of refunding my money as I requested multiple times. I have been contacting vivid seats since my event was cancelled in March and was told I was going to get my full 100% refund instead of the 110% credit because that is what I wanted, but they eventually said I would not get my refund without contacting me. I am very disappointed in Vivid Seats! I ordered tickets in January for a show date of March 28. When I purchased the tickets, it was prior to the Coronavirus pandemic. When I contacted Vivid Seats in regards to the matter, I was ignored.
