Do NOT do business with Vivid.. They have hands down the WORST customer service. My event was canceled and I fought them for 2 months and then instead of refunding my money as I requested multiple times. They get me a credit and are refusing to give me my refund. I have spent numerous occasions on hold for over 2 hrs just for them to refuse my request of a refund. “Refund not done as promised so far”

I've been contacting several times the customer service since my event was cancelled in March and I chose to have the money back instead of a 110 % credit. The said that the money would be in my account in 2 to 4 weeks, It's been almost 2 months now and nothing. And my last messages, the customer service doesn't respond anymore. I have been contacting vivid seats since my event was cancelled in March and was told I was going to get my full 100% refund instead of the 110% credit because that is what I wanted, but they eventually said I would not get my refund without contacting me. I never received an email...nothing. I had to contact them to get this information. They were not helpful at all. They did not do what they said they would do. My concert to see Elton John on 4/6/2020 was "postponed TBD", today is 4/29/2020 and is still "postponed TBD" Vivid Seats said they will not issue a refund until the concert is announced "cancelled" yet the concert is well overdue due to covid-19. My point being is, how long does this company expect you to wait for a concert to go to "cancelled" status in order to issue a refund. The event was cancelled a month ago.I get an e mail saying that they will give 110% value as a credit instead of cash. After multiple attempts when I got through very reluctantly they said they will refund my money but did not want to commit when it will be refunded.It could be months?? No idea when? I am very disappointed in Vivid Seats! I ordered tickets in January for a show date of March 28. When I purchased the tickets, it was prior to the Coronavirus pandemic. When I contacted Vivid Seats in regards to the matter, I was ignored. 

I understand the terms & conditions, however, it was written and enforced prior to this unprecedented event. The show was rescheduled for August. I cannot attend that date, nor did I purchase that date due to a previous scheduled engagement.

Bought 2 tickets for a June 15, 2019 concert on Dec. 15 2018 as a Xmas present for my daughter. The receipt said tickets would be transferred on June 9. No tickets on June 9! Called Customer Service and they said tickets were transferred on Dec. 15. I looked through all my email and no ticket transfer from Vivid. “Buyer Beware of Vivid Seats”

10 days before Phantom, I searched online for (2) tickets. Of course, Vivid Seats popped up in the search results. I had not used them before so I thought maybe I’d get a deal! I have purchase tickets for December 2018 and the concert was cancel at the last minute, i was told i was going to get a refund in two weeks, i have been calling so many times and not able to talk to anyone. Did you happen to purchase the ticket insurance ? Maybe you didn’t . Any concert you go to does not refund a ticket if the band cancels or it rains .. You have to buy the ticket insurance .. And all of the conditions are usually listed . I’m not sure though if your company has some type of guarantee to give Ur money back if a show cancels . Many don’t .

We ordered a parking pass and paid for expedited overnight to get them at least a day before the event. Tickets never arrived in fact the tickets are expected to arrive the day after the event. We had a 100% gaurantee from vivid seats that we would get them and not be charged extra which was not the case. When we called to get this fixed they never knew about the issue which was the first problem since they kept harassing us with calls about getting the ticket shipped. I purchased some really expensive tickets to a Godsmack concert in Spokane WA. I was guaranteed the row and section. They never shipped my tickets and waited until the last minute to send me an email and let me know those seats weren't available. I purchased VIP Box seats for a concert as a gift, get to concert to find out our expensive seats were obstructed and you couldn't see the stage. I called immediately and was told that they cant guarantee the seats and offered me a $50 credit towards future event through them. I was sold bogus tickets and paid high dollar for them. I purchased tickets to Coastal Credit Union (venue) for May 12th Kenny Chesney with the expectation that they included VIP lounge access, as it is clearly stated on the venue website that all VIP Box seats include lounge access. I find out on delivery they do not, which was never stated on Vivid sales site and can't even be possible as all tickets should according to venue.
