This company is a joke! I called to get a refund on my tickets that has been rescheduled twice and rescheduled again today cause of Covid till next year and I will not be able to attend they were very rude and would not give me a refund or anything. I had purchase tickets to the New york yankeesvs the Astros, The event was postponed and then cancelled. They give you 7 days to get a refund and dont really make it very clear. Now they held onto my money and gave me a credit which in turn forced me to purchase tickets for another event in the fuure.Well now I got the credit from the first event and paid anather 70 dollars to complete the balance of the tickets. I ordered tickets for my boyfriends birthday, he LOVES chris Stapleton. I just got an email saying that the concert was canceled and scheduled for a year later with no explanation! Trying to get somewhat of a refund, as now I have to purchase a new birthday gift, and they don’t even have a real human to talk to! Do not fall for their kindhearted refund alternative. What they don't tell you, is that when you agree to take the additional 10 or 20 percent instead of them sending you a refund, is that your money then seizes to exist. It turns into rewards and expires! I purchased Red Sox tickets before the pandemic and the game was canceled. They asked me to accept 110% instead of them sending me the money. I agreed. She refused to allow me to speak to another representative or supervisor when I requested to, laughed at & hung up on me. I purchased tickets to this event based on the track map on the vivid seats website. The track map they have on the website is not correct. When I emailed them pictures of the False Map and the True Map, customer service just emailed me back saying they are the same. If I could give them a negative review I would. They claimed they sent me an email for my cancelled Billie Eilish concert on December 4th which I never received. By the time I checked their website I was screwed out of getting a refund because I "exceeded" the 7 day refund policy rule. How the heck would I know if I never received the email. My event got cancelled and Vivid Seats claimed they sent an email in regards to the refund. They gave a deadline of one week to request a refund. I did not receive that email so when I called to request a refund they said they issued a credit on my account and I can't get a refund now. I bought tickets for an event that was "put on hold" before the event happened. I called, and asked for a refund AFTER the date of the event (a hockey game). They refused to give me a refund saying the game, "might still be played." I filed a chargeback over a month later with amex. However due to all that is going on and some family issues, I did not see the mail that said I had to respond within 7 days to get a refund. As a result, they issued a voucher for a future concert. On December 24, 2019, I purchased two Los Angeles Lakers NBA tickets for a game to be held on March 28, 2020. Due to COVID-19, this event was cancelled. I’m literally having the same issues with them and I’m annoyed. The customer service line is a complete joke and for there to not be a refund option about an event that’s been purchased and the date has come and gone is ridiculous. Thennn the fact that the artist I paid to see isn’t even giving updates on it is beyond me

I am completely floored on VividSeats during this Covid19 time. I purchased Dodger tickets back in February for a game in May. The game obviously didnt happen so I asked for a refund. They said they will only give refund if the game was cancelled. So even if the game is postponed till next year, they will keep your money and you have to wait till then. VIVID, like many other companies have undoubtedly been hit hard with the cancellation of shows. It is in these challenging times where a company has to make a decision.
