Fantastic company. I was after a simple policy that would cover me whilst backpacking. Very professional staff that talked me through the various options available.
Eventually settled on a smart and inexpensive policy which covered everything I wanted it to. Next time I'm on my travels I shall go to them first.
I think the point of these kits is quick, easy and simple .. my wife and I are gnttieg the 2 week kits (in the back pack ) because if an emergency ever arises , it makes it the easiest to grab and bail out (along with a few other items we have packed up and ready to go, obviously ) so while you could pick better , this is the lazy mans survival pack ..
