I paid an insurance to cover the goods that I shipped to France, unfortunately, a third of the goods were damaged (probably that the pallet fell down to the floor)< parcel2ship are messing around with the papers to provide in order to avoid paying for the damage...a real shame

Complete bunch of muppets. Web site had a 'glitch' for 2 weeks which they couldn't fix. How can an ecommerce company have a 'glitch' for 2 weeks? I have used them in the past and they were ok but they now seem to have gone downhill. I would suggest using one of the professional companies such as Parcel2go

Worked out cheapest i could find to send two parcel to two European Country's. Easy step by step instructions. Trackable and an email to tell me the parcels had arrived with customer.

I have used this service many times now to send large parcels to my daughter in France. It is very easy to book online and the email with the printable labels comes back promptly. I take the parcels to Swansea because it is convenient for me, I haven't used the free collection service. Parcels arrive in France within a very few days and the boxes (so far) have never been damaged. I don't understand how they can do it at the price, other services are way way more expensive for the size of parcel I send (typically about 20kg).

Large plastic box sent to Greece from Uk. Arrived broken but had been sealed up again. All contents were intact.

Sent 8Kg parcel to Canada. Everything worked as promised. Collection on appointed day. Website explanations on attaching labels / customs forms is good and with a phone contact if you have queries. Good email feedback on progress of shipment including delivery confirmation. I will use this company again. Thank you.
