I have had 02 mobile which i could not get a signal, then vodaphone still no signal, and they wanted me to pay for booster box which is a which i do not believe is fair, why should i have to pay for me to do there job for them, then plusnet which had no signal, now finally 3 mobile which i still got no signal but when i phoned them to say i have a problem with no signal, they have sent me out a free booster box, so happy days. “Works For Me”

I've tried every network and i mean them all ! Only Three Network gives me exactly what I want. A great 3g signal , a better 4g signal that seems to improve as the weeks pass , great data package & excellent customer service. I find Three is the only reliable network that i have used in Northern Ireland & now that I've found out how good they are I intend to stay with them for years to come. Just moved from the non-existent Tesco signal to 3 and I am very impressed indeed. Good strong signal where none existed on Tesco/02. Very, very easy transfer of my existing number using the 3 app (though it took a 28 minute call to Tesco to receive the PAC Code). Great download speed when out and about, and a very good monthly sim only plan. To top it all I get to use my plan at no cost when I frequently visit the USA. I moved to three about a month ago and have been so impressed. Their all you can eat data plans, inclusive abroad, are unrivalled. I live in and around London and have found service to be really good; 4G can be iffy but even when it is 3G is very fast. The service delivered by their switch over team was outstanding. “best move ever. cheap and reliable. ”

I moved to the 3 network from EE. They provided me a cheaper SIM only deal and I have nothing negative to say. The reception is better and even when you have one bar of reception you get a perfectly clear phone call. 4G is patchy at times but they are improving this and you can't moan as it I'm a free for all customers. I have been with 3 for 2 years now and have never had any problems. Just one time I didn't have reception for 5 minutes, but this is something normal, no matter the provider. Everytime I called customer service, although the person I would speak to was foreign, I have been always treated in a polite manner and my problem was solved, if not while I was on the line, within 1 hour. I have been with Vodafone , giff gaff , O2 , EE , orange , tmobile. Basically every major network except 3. In my area I get 22mbps down on speed tests for 3G it's incredible. Fastest in my area and the cheapest with unlimited data all for 12.90 a month sim only. Have had to use customer service a few times. “Great over all network”

Three is a great network with a great 3G coverage. I always get 4 bars! I have been in contact with the customer service, it is in india so you do get the occasional mistranslation but if you speak slow its fine. I was on Vodafone before this which was awful. The only downside with three is if the 3g fails there is no 2g back up. So when the network fails is all collapses! But overall 3 is a great provider!… Read Full Review
