Ovivo is a UK based Sim only company, it uses Vodafone lines and has a few tier of service. The basic one gives you 200 minutes, 300 texts and 500mb data per month, and it is free. Having said that you have to fork out £20 for the sim, but they give you back £15 as a credit in case you use more than your monthly free allowance. You do need a smart phone so if you come out of a contract, and if your phone is unlocked, this sim is ideal. I have used it since December and I love it!!
