we booking with purple parking for my car to be left for us to pick up when landing in Bristol, as we remembered we did not have a spare key we asked 1 day before if we could change to meet and greet as this would solve our problem and we were prepared to pay extra, we were told this could not be changed also told to phone direct to Bristol parking, as we did still no help told to tape key!! to car or hand it to gate which would then pass on to lost property or similar?, hence we booked with a… Read Full Review

I entered the postcode for the Bristol Airport facility that I got off the purple parking at Bristol website, this a led to a dead end in the airport services . I called the only contact number available off the purple parking website, lady I spoke up admitted she couldn't help because she was in London and she transferred me to'Bristol'....this turned out to be a call centre...transfered again to'Bristol reception'..after an age it went to voice mail. “Purple Sharking”

Purple Parking - Purple Debacle I'm a frequent flyer as are many of my colleagues, suffice to say I know the industry well. I have used Purple Parking before but I will not again. “When I collected my car from purple parking on...”

When I collected my car from purple parking on returning from my holiday early hours of the morning, it was parked in an area which was pitch black and you could not even see any cars. I had to press my central lock keys to find the car. My car was parked up close to a wall. The next day when i checked my car over they had damaged my car. Arriving at Bristol Airport I was amazed to find that there were absolutely no directions to Purple Parking. After booking by 'phone, I expected to receive an email confirming the booking and giving instructions on how to find the car park but there was nothing. On ringing them, we had to give our reference number and/or car registration before they would even begin to help. A member of staff tried to give us directions over the 'phone but it was pointless. Purple parking no longer use Airport Tavern, but are partnered with Monaghan Mushroom Farm which is situated approximately 6 miles from the airport. On arrival there was no one in reception and when the mini bus arrived 10 minutes later there was still no one to receive us. We were informed by the driver that the receptionist would take us to the airport when he returned.
