Today that time health problem and virus like problem are a normal thing and when you get sick the hospital charges are very high so everyone should want to take health insurance. through this problem we will not take money problem and we will get best treatment in best hospital. health insurance is best for this kind of health problem. at that time we take insurance we will want to must read privacy policy of that company. so at future time any kind of health problem we don't face that kind of problem.

“Poor poor handling of GP appointments”

So you pay £20 for a GP call and if contact with GP goes wrong for technical reasons or otherwise, there is no way of following up as no message left and they keep your money while they say they conduct an investigation. You then have to pay £20 again to rebook. It's appalling beyond belief and if you are in urgent need to speak to a GP this isn't a good option.

“Unjust, poor service, bad management.”

Declined my claim to my visit to Chiropractic clinic, reason given that I did not get a referral letter. Despite my explanation that I couldn't get in touch with the agent in charge of our account for advice, and that my colleague has been getting numerous acupuncture treatments without any referral letter, and that the pain I experienced persisted and worsened over the week, they declined my claim application. The customer service personnel simply copy and paste the clause in their handbook, which is unjustified and unclear. TCM treatment doesn't require any referral letter. Acupuncture and chiropractic treatment requires referral letter. So, why is my colleague allowed to claim for his endless acupuncture treatments,and I am denied of a $60 claim? Biased, unfair, unjustifiable. Bad service.

I can't enough good things about Westhill Consulting insurance. When I first about it I was a bit skeptical but still I decided to go for it and I did not regret any decision. About a year ago, I had a car accident and as expected I had to deal with large amount of money but it was really nice actually getting money back from the insurance company. So now I'm thinking this insurance thing might be a really good idea. Not only has Westhill Consulting Insurance reimbursed me for thousands car repair bills, their service is awesome. The staff is all incredibly friendly and they've always followed up with us to see how I am doing after my latest escapades. When I called to cancel insurance, they were very compassionate and kind and understood why I had to cancel. Claims are a breeze. I submit paperwork and I have a check in hand usually within a week they managed to do all the job. I may never have another claim to file and I'd be very happy if that were the case, but I'll never have any other property without insurance coverage again. Westhill Consulting Insurance is the company I will always give my business to. Communication was also great. Healthy Paws promptly returned phone calls and emails. All the staff was warm, caring and sincere on the phone and more especially in person. They have taken a lot of stress out of me. And now I have been insured with Westhill Consulting Insurance for 2 1/2 years and all the experience were just amazing. I submit a claim and I usually am in receipt of the check in 7 days! On rare occasion they have asked for additional notes from some authorities if for example you were involve in some accident or whatever and the requests were very reasonable. They are completely transparent about what is and isn't covered. In fact there have been instances where I thought for sure something wasn't covered and they found a reason to cover it. They don't pay for office visits and prevention. In almost every instance everything ordered was completely covered. They have paid so much on my one car that I genuinely feel guilty submitting more claims. But no matter how many have been submitted they are just as responsive and friendly and helpful. This company has been a life saver - quite literally. I seriously would like them to enroll death insurance because I would trade my health insurance for what they offer any day of the week. I can't rave enough about every aspect of how they conduct themselves. I would definitely recommend Westhill Consulting Insurance. I don't want to repeat all the great things said but I will tell you our experience was also stellar.

I can believe that I would come across such a very trustworthy insurance company. Like all of us are always doubtful whenever we talk about insurance right? Getting insurance is absolutely one of the best decisions we've made in our life. I did quite a bit of research prior to signing up with Westhill Insurance Consulting and I was not disappointed. But it was speaking with one of the company's owners personally that cinched the decision for me. Aside from him being very friendly, approachable, humble and sincere without loosing his professionalism, he managed to make the conversation enjoyable. Obviously, this company is a big one and quite popular so I have heard a lot about it and so far I heard quite good feedbacks. And the fact that they are a big company they see to it that every customer matters and they have treated and served good. The first time we submitted a claim, not only did we see a huge chunk of money back in a little less than a week, but someone from Westhill Consulting Insurance called to ask how we been doing. For the claims we have filed, Westhill Consulting Insurance has always been easy to work with and sent a check promptly, within about a week. They are always up-to-date. When I was in the process of waiting on the status of a claim for the insurance, I did not wait for long because they always has the sense of urgency. I even recommended Westhill Consulting Insurance to a friend and he later called to thank me for the recommendation. What more can be said? In a business full of questionable practices, Westhill Consulting Insurance really separates itself from the pack with what can only be described as an honorable way of doing business. If you are shopping for insurance, look no further! And even all the staff was all extremely sympathetic and very helpful to me in my time of sadness and confusion. They offered to assist me in tracking down the prior records of the person involve in the accident and speaking with all the authorities on what they needed to help expedite the process for me. They promptly reply my calls and emails. Plus, I was able to use their website easily and everything for the most part was pretty straight forward. The website was absolutely user-friendly. I went with them after some online research and reading plenty of reviews of competitors and they seemed best suited for me.

“In my experience this is an excellent company”

I have been with Health Now for over 10 years and have had excellent service which has covered a vsriety of procedures: Knee cartilage repair; consultancy on possible inner ear problems; cardiac investigations including angiogram; carotid artery occlusion investigation; double hernia repair; associated CTscans, Xrays and Ultrasound scans. The staff who interface with the public have been unfailingly polite and helpful and really seem to know what they are talking about. Their training programme is clearly very effective. I really don't understand people who gripe that their case was not covered by the policy. It's all clearly laid out ... well it was for everything I needed to know anyway.

we have made numerous claims and they have been superb, only refusing one.
the policy specifically excludes cancer and skin conditions because they think nhs is very good on this. i would thoroughly recommend them. people need to read what they buy before making adverse comments.you cannot mark them down for not delivering what they didn't agree to deliver in the first place. if you want full cover go to bupa etc and pay the extra.

If you had read the policy when you took out insurance with this company you would have seen that you were not covered for cancer conditions and heart attacks so how can you be critical. As a general health cover insurance they take some beating at the price they charge.

Been with this company for 8 years. I need to see a dermatologist and when I phoned up for a claim form and to check out the consultant with them I was informed that the policy doesn't cover skin conditions!! Unbelievable that I have to go on the NHS when the policy is taking £35 a month from me.

I am now going to consult a health care broker and seek some decent cover. Would not recommend this company an I am ceasing the policy.

A point to particularily be careful about is not to have any kind of NHS treatment, especially in an emergency, before making a claim. This can immediately render your policy null and void. I would advise no dealings with this company if you wish to avoid additional stress. Just stick to the more conventional Health Insurance for peace of mind and claim settlement when required. It may cost a little more. but it is worth it.
