I can no longer get the healthcare that I need covered by insurance. So many doctors have vanished. I get the impression it may be because of the doctify sham, that onemedifund/wpa are still going by. I wish they could see through it. So I have to self-fund any treatment. I am having to look at other insurance options currently as I can't afford to totally self fund everything. WPA has become extremely simplistic in what it covers, am I just wasting money continuing to pay for it? It is such a shame, it used to be great.

I called recently to request a claim and the young lady on customer service I spoke with, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When she realised that I was not capable of accessing the message centre, she offered to text the information, which she did immediately. She was extremely friendly and put me very much at ease. I actually enjoyed the experience.

They offered me prompt service, it felt I was listened to. Really appreciated advice given. Treated me so well and putting my needs first. Will definitely recommend.
