“Inefficient process, lack of communication”

I advised on the shipping instructions that I would not be at home during working hours but would be at home for delivery any time after 5:20. I regularly checked their tracking site, only to see an update posted in the evening that delivery was attempted that afternoon without success. I was immediately on the phone as soon as the update posted and was informed that no delivery times (such as after 5:20) could be guaranteed. Fair enough. “Overcharges are extremely high”

I have been using Interparcel for a few years now. Overall my parcels have turned up to my customers so no problems there. However collection has never been carried out on time that has been booked. Quite annoying when you take the whole day off for the delivery to be collected. I often ended up having to drive to the depo to drop off myself. Recently been overcharged on two parcels. “Why Oh Why Interparcel.com ?”

I've used Interparcel quite a lot simply because the competition is even more inept and woeful to say the least. Mostly good experiences, some bad. In my experience Interparcel won't pay out at any cost, so if your product gets damaged in transit - just forget it. But what annoys me the most is the apparent plethora of fake positive reviews on TrustPilot for Interparcel.com. Read the greens, they stand out like a sore thumb with flashing red lights attached. “Poor customer service”

Booked for a signed UPS to deliver to America. Tracking all the way until it said Delivered and signed for by 'Front Door' In other words they just left it there. My customer said it hadn't arrived and I would suspect it was probably stolen. The Interparcel Customer Service said that in America it is quite ok for a courier to leave it by the front door in a 'safe place' and the fact I have had to reimburse the customer is not an Interparcel problem. “Three collections and three damages - very poor”

We were given the spiel about how they look after parcels and can ship cakes cos they're so good but it's a sham. We had 3 days of collections from them and they managed to damage items every day that they picked up, and these weren't just knocks, these were "dropped from a great height before being kicked across a room and ran over" damages. I wait for eleven days all days at home beause on internet they communicated me that the parcel would be delivered. I call them more or less six times and everytime they can't told me anything. The outward transit happened fine with no problems, but the return transit was a different story. The collection was booked - and for some reason, which no-one could explain, it wasn't collected. I tried tracking it - and the system simply said that collection was cancelled. I had to rebook collection and it ended up taking over a week to get this parcel to me. Arranged a collection time, company telephoned to change time, then didn't turn up at time they specified. “Inventing aditional weight and refuse to colect”

I used it for 5 years but sadenly they started inventing aditional weight and trying to extort more money tratening with court action. Very disappointed with this behaviour. I was sending every week few times same product with same weight of 31 kg. Sadenly they ask for £90 extra for invented weight of 50 kg. which is completely crazy. I paid more for my parcel to reach my boyfriend in time for his birthday, but instead of the stated date of delivery it turned up a week late. No only that but I kept getting emails saying I need to provide the person receiving, email or number. We waited 10 days for our next day delivery and no one could tell us why. Eventually the local depot contacted us on the parcel was ready for delivery and the problems where sorted out immediately. this company are a discrace I have never dealt with a company so rude, they smash parcels to bits and refuse to pay the compensation even though cover has been paid for damage
