We were both paying £3.90 / month for our mobile plans but the price was more than doubled this month and I do not remember being advised that it was due to go up or I would have 'upgraded' it sooner. I may have missed it among all the other junk that comes in but I am still very annoyed the way I have been treated. “Call centre issues”

Whilst I appreciate you try to run the most cost effective system by exporting your call centre abroad, this does cause issues. I realise your call handlers English is far and away better than my ability to speak their national language however there is a constant issue with break downs in understanding accents etc, use of personal, place names etc. I think you will find your customers find this very frustrating and a false economy… Read Full Review

“mobile phone upgrade”

System obviously designed to renew/upgrade for only one phone at a time, despite having two mobiles on original contract. Not easy to renew and select replacements for 2 mobiles at the same time. “confusing and impossible call centre”

systems rarely work and you cannot get what you want. Then you try calling the 'customer service' and things really get sticky. Absolutely impossible to get any sense or true understanding of your requirements as they robotically read off their list. Forgot how many times I had to repeat my name and address as they passed me back and forward. Gave up after 25 minutes and just ordered a standard SIM online. “Stupid delivery address issue”

A poor experience firstly I was transferred to an agent who deals with landlines and I was in a mobile ordering section, bizarre! Then I was told I would have a six minute wait.... 32 minutes later I got an agent and had to re explain my question, again this is poor as an experience, you need to sort out your handoffs. The website is designed to force you to pick product you want. the best offers are very hard to find. You cannot see all the offers in one go. The site is slow and unresponsive. Your staff on the phones were excellent but every time we tried this stupid 1p charge it was decline over and over even though I have had the same account with you for years. I dread going on the website to do anything as it takes ages to navigate through the screens , my password(s) are required several times and usually at least one password is rejected. They say on the order form that that happens if you have not ordered a same phone sim but there was nowhere on the form to order it.They do not even send a charger.
