I personally regret ever using Net Explorers. Email response time is absurdly slow, and even when I received a reply it never fully dealt with the original questions. One relatively simple support request turned into a nightmare and took an age to fully resolve. Even when I tried to change hosting providers I had to chase them daily for a response - this involved leaving voicemail messages and sending multiple emails. At the time of writing this message, I've been waiting 4 days for a reply !!One plus point is that the support staff are friendly and quick to respond if you use the Live Web Chat facility.

Excellent set of tools. However personally I would not use them again due to my experience. Possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced from a hosting provider. Therefore I do not recommend hosting-netexplorers.co.uk.

I have been messed around by SO MANY hosting companies than I am amazed how these people stay in business as the customer service I normally receive is shocking. Not so with Net Explorers.

I have recently migrated the majority of my clients sites to their servers & have been pleasantly surprised by the price, the speedy service, and the raft of features available.

PHP, SQL, CGI & perl, web mail, custom error pages, anti span & anti virus, auto backups, at what are very competitive prices. The customer service is very helpful and reliable - something that appears to be lacking in the rest of this industry.

Also, totally worth checking out is the Urchin web marketing platform system - it's like having access to your own web marketing specialist. Well handy.

In summary, if you are a web professional & you want reliable full featured web hosting at a great price then you could do allot worse than check this site out.
