General Comments
My fiance had a $300 flight booked with US Airways to come and visit me. When she purchased this ticket there was a notice; alterations to this plan may have a charge of $50 (25 per leg I believe). We recently acquired a car and she needed to drive the car to my home and then fly back. When she called US Airway's customer service she was told she would have to cancel her old flight and pay $600 dollars for a new one way ticket. As well as this, she had to talk to someone who hardly spoke English.
