This investment and management company are refusing to reply to my queries about our billing - no detail provided, and seems they are charging us for their usage of the common areas. They refuse to even show us where they are contributing to the bills, and refuse to show us a breakdown for the billing. Frustrating lack of response despite using their generic query email, and agent email, having written numerous times over the last 6 months - would love to know who can get some sort of recourse and resolution to this. Seems they are only interested in making money from this property, even if it means ignoring the tenants, and charging them whatever they want!! certainly feeling deceived, and would never recommend these people, and would avoid this company if at all possible. Seem unprofessional and underhand with their charges, as they are meant to be transparent with regards to what we are being charged for. Disappointed, frustrated, shocked at lack of professionalism. PPR estates seem to be a sham company and in my opinion where so many companies do a great job fairly, it seems unjust that this company should be unfairly profiting from their tenants.

Would give no stars if that were possible.
