Delivered parcel…… not

Waited all day for parcel that said would be arriving that day was even given courier telephone no got to 9.30pm guess what no parcel text courier to ask if they would still be delivered no answer!!!
This morning woke to find on status parcel had been handed to me 3.35 yesterday strange no one handed me a parcel
Tried web chat the customer service agent decided to end conversation half way through
Tried the courier no this time they picked up and explained he had been sick yesterday and all his deliveries were given to someone else but he didn’t know who
Web chat again and now been told they have a big back log of parcels to get through

Still waiting

Why not be honest in the first place instead of trying to bluff your customers

Do not use this company unless you want to lose money
