Despite being advised our parcel would be delivered on the 25th we were advised we refused delivery on the 23rd? obviously someone doesn't know the ear from their elbow. Customer service about as good as an astray on a motorcycle, no email as promised, no parcel no hope. It seems that despite the company I purchased the goods from being absolutely great Yodel have screwed things right up and now I have to let MY customer down because we cant finish their bathroom.
