Absolutely useless. Don’t use them!
Can’t get through to them on the phone. Takes ages to get through to them on line.
They can’t give you any window or update as they don’t know where their drivers are! They can’t contact them.
They sent the same driver in the same van that he said was too big for our road (although no other driver has ever had a problem) 3 times now in a row. I’m still waiting for my delivery if it ever comes!
They’ll only change it if the seller contacts them and won’t listen to me or what the rubbish driver says.
I have never known such a useless, stupid, unhelpful, antiquated company.
