Am expecting some replacement contact lens'. Initial text message confirmed DX plan to deliver between 8am-6pm no signature required. Subsequent text messages merely state unable to deliver? door knocking/no card through door, no package left on door step which to be honest, would be logical as no signature required.
DX customer service lines point you to their DX live chat then cut you off......the chat is continually dead with "we're sorry but there are no advisors currently available"

Summary, round the houses, no evidence of any attempted delivery or means to discuss - unbelievable in this day & age
