I would give it 0 stars, however that unfortunately isn’t an option.
What a disgraceful service. Originally had an email from HMRC to say that my daughters passport would be with me on the 27th March. I then don’t hear anything until I get a letter dropped in the door on the 28th saying that they had tried to deliver that day - the letter was dated the 26th March, so why on earth had they been holding it for 2 days?
I then rang the automated system to rearrange for a delivery on the 29th March. I took the day off of work specifically once the confirmation had been sent that it would be delivered.
It got to 17:15 on the 29th and I rang the automated service. This service is an utter joke - you can’t speak to anyone, it is all automated and when you ask to speak to someone the automation says that everyone is busy and to please email, the cuts you off.
I emailed twice to no avail, and then rang again to come across the message ‘we were unable to deliver your item today’ and that I would need to re-arrange delivery yet again, which I did.
I then received an email this morning (01/04/19) to say ‘Good afternoon your parcel has been rearranged for delivery on the 03/04’ which I already knew considering I had no choice but to rearrange because DX DELIVERY are incompetent of fulfilling customers deliveries on time.
I wouldn’t waste your time with these artists, and especially DO NOT pay to have it between a certain time.
