PATHETIC JOKE OF A DELIVERY COMPANY

It's amazing that a company this inept has even managed to stand the test of time - their service has been without doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Children with tricycles could genuinely do a better job. I received a text message on Thursday morning stating that my delivery will be between 8am and 6pm... so made sure I'm in all day, which isn't easy. Nothing. Friday, still nothing. Friday 6pm I get an email saying that they tried to deliver but no one was in - this is complete and utter nonsense as we were in all day without fail. The email said that if we reply by 7pm, next day delivery will be possible (and that they deliver on Saturdays)... a few clicks later it said Monday is the first day possible... so essentially, the next day policy is nonsense. There was a phone number on the email - called twice, no one answers. Today (Saturday) I get a completely disinterested email response saying that the sender doesn't allow Saturday deliveries so it will reach me on Monday... I'll believe it when I see it. TRAGIC, EMBARRASSING AND TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS (... to the extent that I'll no longer purchase from any company who uses them)
