Took 20 pounds off me to send a parcel track and trace to Thailand on 16 December. It has been allegedly at their sorting office at Heathrow since 17 December being prepared for shipment. This is obviously Royal Mail soak for its lost but we couldn’t care less. Putin a claim on 25 January. I certainly will not be using their abysmal service again.
Next time it will be a courier company. Time Royal Mail realised they no longer have a monopoly and they better buck up their levels of service or lose even more customers. Rank rotten service
