I sent an item to a friend in Canada whom also sent my items. They used their standard post office whilst I used Rapid Parcel. My parcel (That was sent a few days later) still got to them before theirs got to me.

The service was the cheapest around, this is why I used and would definitely use again, cheaper than royal mail and other parcel firms I knew of. I would recommend this service to anyone wishing to send a parcel anywhere in the world.

All Customs paperwork was emailed and what to fill in and where to put it was explained step by step. I ordered the service in the evening, the parcel was collected the next morning and at its destination in the USA within 2 days, I could not wish for a better service, Good value for money and great service, Will definitely use again.

This is my first time sending the parcel from UK to Malaysia. The parcel delivered on time to the destination with good door-to-door services. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

I went to Gatwick airport the evening before my flight and had a very nice gentleman giving me advice and a verbal quote for sending a file back to my home, he took measurements and said there would be no problem. I said I would be back in the morning before flying.

When I went back I was told by someone different it would cost a lot more and that there were no boxes my file would fit in. It took me an age to convince him I'd already ascertained it was possible the evening before.

After lengthy discussion he did start to pack up my file but because it was an awkward shape he had to split a box and make it fit. This was fine but he did not use enough parcel tape and I was concerned the contents would come adrift. My friend who was with me asked the gentleman if she could 'have a go'. After my friend finished taping it I was a lot happier. Then the paperwork.... oh my goodness! We must have been at the counter over an hour. The gentleman served someone else while 'dealing' with us, then someone else came and said to him he was in a hurry and could he serve him? Without even asking us if we minded, he went ahead. We did say we were unhappy not being asked or even apologised to. I was told I could go and he would finish off the paperwork. At this point there was nothing to distinguish my parcel from anyone else's. I said I wasn't leaving until it had been addressed.

Apart from this my parcel did arrive intact but I would not put myself through that experience again and I was very fortunate that my flight did not leave until early afternoon so I had time to 'waste' putting up with this very poor service.

I had to send a parcel for my newborn nephew to US. Took different quotes from different sites. Found rapid parcel !! They told to deliver the item to 3-5 business days. They took it on Friday evening and was delivered on Tuesday - two days earlier I expected. Customer service over the phone were really helpful and excellent. Gave me the tracking number from which I could locate my parcel's every movement. Greatly impressed by the service. Will definitely use it again and will recommend to friends as well. I recently sent a parcel home from London to Sydney with souvenirs. The guy at the desk was helpful. It only took around 3-5 days to arrive. It is pricey but this is expected when you get fast delivery and are sending from overseas. I would use this service again.

Can't fault service provided. Picked up at time requested and parcel delivered to USA within 1-2 days. Excellent and very helpful service from pick-up driver. Have already recommended to friends and colleagues.

I had a request to send an eBay item to Greece, I thought the costs would be expensive but the Rapid parcel price was reasonable £22 ish for a 4kg box. It also meant we did not have to go to a drop off point as it was collected from the door.

Everything went smoothly and the eBay buyer was delighted and received it within 5 working days as per the estimate.

The service was quick. I got my package earlier than expected. And everything was intact. its quite impressive.

I have to ship regularly to Mallorca because I have family there. Having used various Courieres with disasterous results over the past few years I am so relieved to have found Rapid Parcel.

The service I have received has been friendly and extremely helpful. It is wonderful to be able to speak to someone, whether "live chat" or on the phone. So many other companies I have dealt with have been impossible to contact when/if there has been a problem and using Rapid Parcel means that parcels have been collected and delivered as promised.
