I sent money to the compony to get my parcel delivered and the account was hacked and they won't return my money or give me my parcel until I pay them again and a extra 50 pounds for paper work from the police this is rubbish it was not my fault they got hacked so why should I pay and I'm still waiting on my parcel.

I had a few problems with the postcode of my booking in the labels for printing and the issue got solved really quickly over the phone. The costumer support team are really effective and quick. I would definitely recommend it!

Have used Pharos Parcel a number of times,but I though this delivery was exceptional. Parcel picked up on Monday 13th Feb and arrived at my sons apartment in Ibiza by Friday 17th lunchtime. The price of 30 Kg for £30 is very reasonable.00

After a complaint regarding a few mistakes Pharosparcel made, Mrs. Fionna McLellan, the Director, replied to me. She was very rude and unprofessional and instead of apologising for all the inconvenience caused was aggressive. Then she bothered me with a very stupid and offensive e-mail. Should she gets in touch with me again, I'll report this to the police.

I'm glad the parcel was sent with UPS because they are much more professional than pharos parcel who should improve, a lot, their customer service. No answer the phone, and, in the live-chat on their website, I had to lie in the reason to contact saying like: "I want to make a booking" (new income for them) because when I was typing the real trouble (and saying I had booked yet) NO ANSWER!!! Only keep me in line... After you have paid, they don't care! The solution to the trouble, sorted by UPS!!

My first two deliveries using Pharos Parcels were straight-forward and efficient. However, after that it was nothing but hassle. The staff member I had to deal with was nothing short of rude and completely unhelpful. And my last correspondence with the so-called "Director" was just a joke! The last delivery sent to be my a friend they chose to send back to her and charged her £65 for the privilege because they didn't have the correct address details, despite delivering to me before. Avoid this company like the plague. They have no idea how to treat customers and the standard of their service is unbelievably bad!

1st time use this company, very disappointed!! Customer service was bad attitude, impolite. Never trust the quote been given online as I was invoiced extra afterwards.

First price was £27. But then, if you have to repair the items they broke and pay without giving me the option of an inspection... I paid £130!!! Parcel + repair the item. Not worth for sending a parcel...

I have used pharos on 3 occations sending boxes from England to Sweden and i must say i was suprised hos smoothly it went for the low price. I payed less Then £30 for a 30kg box door to door. It took about a week and im very pleased!

Hello: I would like to post my review for your service because it was very good. I sent a box from England to Spain last week. And it got in the place at time, just 2 days and the box was perfect. I would like to say thank you to the advisor because I changed the date of collect it and she was very nice with me and the man who colect my box was there on time. Hi there, Both Clay & Game and myself were looking for an affordable shipment from Melton England to Tassin la demi lune (France, Lyon area). The service provided by pharosparcel.com met exactly our needs. The shipment was fast (72 h), efficient (phone call to take appointment), and performed in clean good conditions. My supplier (Clay & Game) and myself shared the price of 21£ vat incl by 50/50. Delivered by a local UPS subcontractor, I would certainly recommend Pharos Parcel for any transportation needs. Needed to ship all my personal belongings for University in central London. The main mover in the market for students is "Uni-Baggage" but Pharos Parcel had recently opened a shop in town where I bought my boxes so I decided to try them. I'm glad I chose Pharos over the supposed big companies in student shipping and storage. i) PRICE was £11.75 for up to 30KG boxes, 50% cheaper than the biggest name in the industry "UniBaggage". ii)What's more is that the weight limit is flexible, increasing by 0.5KG intervals with not much price increase reflected. "UniBaggage" will simply refuse to take a box if it exceeds your estimated weight limit so the flexibility made it a more relaxed packing process. iii) The booking procedure was specific, and allowed me to input the contents of the boxes which would appear on the labels. Again this is something the larger companies do not allow for, so using Pharos made me feel my boxes were going to be a little more taken care of. This attention to detail resonated through all aspects of Pharos' service. iv) Insurance was flexible again, and allowed me to make my booking based exactly on what I was shipping. It wasn't over-priced. It's definitely worth taking - staff will take all the necessary steps towards investigating and making a claim. v) Collection and Delivery was prompt, with standard delivery taking only 24 hours. vi)After service was highly punctual and moreover, genuinely helpful. I spoke with the director of the company, who was polite, concerned and very helpful in resolving a query I had relating to my delivered goods. In all, I am pleased to have used Pharos. My experience with the company proves that they will meet the needs of any individual needing to have items shipped. Whether a student, for business or the worried sort - the cost, speed, attention to detail and care given by Pharos make them an ideal choice.

I placed an order for an item for collection on Thursday 30th May. It was duly collected from the relevant address on Friday 31st May. Collected in UK for destination Portugal. It was delivered to my home address here in Portugal this morning Thursday 6th June at approx. Excellent service and very friendly, helpful delivery UPS driver.

I recently used pharos for a delivery and the contents of the parcel were damaged in transit. UPS appeared to have chucked the parcel around very carelessly, resulting in the damage. UPS collected the parcel again from the destination address, an inspection was made and the parcel returned TO ME. A claim was not approved due to 'insufficient packaging'. Communication from Pharos was slow and insufficient throughout. I have paid them for the delivery, but the parcel has ended up back with me. So what have I got for my money?! COMPLETE AMATEURS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We placed our order midmorning, our parcel was collected within 2 hours. Delivery, to Spain arrived 3 working days later. Both drivers were very pleasant and are good adverts for their company.

A great company! Cheap, fast.. Perfect for a student to bring his stuff back to his original country! My parcels left Glasgow on Friday, 1st, June and arrive this morning (Tuesday, 5th) in an absolutely perfect state! Thanks to Pharos Parcel! I will recommend it, and will reuse it if needed!

Got good, clear advice when I called to clarify some details. When I encountered a difficulty, which was not due to Pharos, they investigated and and dealt with it, keeping me informed at each stage, until solution was reached. I am totally fed-up with getting pre-recorded multiple selection choices when I call a company, but always got an intelligent human being at the end of the phone when I called Pharos.

I am sorry to hear you are so disappointed with our service. The first two times we tried to deliver to you were anything but straightforward for us. Whilst we appreciate delivering to addresses in Ibiza can be difficult it is impossible if the address given is incorrect and there is no local contact phone number given. A local driver in Spain cannot phone a UK mobile number for delivery instructions when the address is insufficient. Had you given your friend the correct address rather than an address if a local shop that you did not know the name of, the owners name, nor his phone number and asked her to track her parcel we would not have been in the unfortunate position of discovering her parcel was being returned to the UK as the address was insufficient. We deliver to many addresses in Ibiza with no problems but we do respectfully ask our customers to make sure 1. They have a correct address 2. They provide a local contact number and 3. They track their parcel and notify us so we can help should delivery issues occur. I agree this was not a satisfactory outcome for anyone and I hope when you use another courier company you will assist them by giving them the correct information to deliver.
