The actual delivery was fine but I had problems with their systems not acknowledging payment using a debit card so after two 'abortive' attempts where the system hung I changed to Paypal and it went through OK.
I found out later that I had been charged three times and it took over a week of daily calls to recover the money.
After delivery I got the 'weight audit' message which I have challenged as there is no way a woollen scarf can weigh 2Kg!and trying to charge extra. It will be interesting to see which method they try and charge to and whether it processes OK.
Avoid this lot - they are spoiling a good service by using these underhand methods
