I echo the comments below regarding this company's shocking customer service, I cant believe that they get so many positive reviews unless they are faking them to push their scores up. I too recieved the email asking me to call them but was also met with silence after one ring. I sent emails to their CS and Delivery departments to ask them to just book it in and let me know their phones are not working but no response. Ordered a mattress which kane and able delivered. I would like to stress that the service was fantastic. The delivery men were polite, courteous and extremely helpful.
