Rude & unprofessional

Today the driver called the intercom and I asked him to come upstairs because I am sick with fever and can't come down. He refused and demanded that I come down to him! I insisted that he come, he started shouting at me and telling me to come! So I told him to stop shouting, he hang up and left! Later I received an email from the company I ordered from telling me the item has been returned and I have to order again!

Such inconvenience caused because their employee refuses to do his job properly! And this is not the first time, the driver that comes to my building is known for being rude and impolite!

In the past I had to go downstairs while my food was cooking on the stove! Another time I was in the shower! The driver just refuses to do his job! We contacted Hermes in the past and they ignore us and don't change him!

I will stop ordering things from companies that uses Hermes because of how bad the company is and how they don't keep their drivers accountable!
