Fedex- Posted A Empty Dirty Jiffy Bag!!!

Hi, I really cannot believe what happened last week, a fed ex chap posted through a empty dirty Jiffy bag, when I caught the chap going back in his van, he said he was told to do this!!! Can you believe it! You can make all the glossy adverts you want but the people on the ground make your reputation! Absolutely disgusting service! I had to call and complain and I got a reference number and was told somebody would call me, nobody did call me. I thought at people should know what fed ex do....

My experience with this company is that they are totally incompetent, they could not manage a promised delivery from their depot 5miles away.I do not know if they have lost my parcel.I tried phoning them but no reply. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Awful Experience.

On the 31 of May I have sent an important document to be signed in Milan the day after from this shop. Neither the shop clerks nor FedEx cared to mention that there was a strike in France (where the plane would have stopped) and one in Italy, which would have made it impossible to deliver the document in 24 hours; but they gladly accepted 64.04 pounds from me.

The document arrived at destination on the 6th of June!

I asked for a refund and today (after speaking several times with the shop owner and FedEx representatives and sending a lot of emails) I received a Credit Note Freight of 13.66 pounds.

I have called FedEx about this (they emailed me the Credit Note, after all), and they tell me they are not entitled to talk about this, and that I should contact Mail Boxes to talk about this matter.

I'm sure you already know what the lads at Mail Boxes Islington will have to say. FedEx has to decide about this.

Do not use FedEx, they're utterly unprofessional.

If you can't avoid using it, for your own sake please don't use it in combination with Mail Boxes. It's the perfect recipe for failure.

I would rate it "no stars", but it's not possible.

My Son in law sent a package from Butler PA, USA to England, 3 days !!!!! Fantastic service Fed Ex.

Arrived in first class condition, and parcel was left where I asked for it to be.

What more could you ask, thank you very much.

Worst Delivery Service In Metropolitan Areas

I would give Fedex service zero stars if it was possible, especially in large metropolitan areas like NY where I live.

The drivers go to thebuilding front entrance and leave a tag that usually will fly away with the wind, they never try to come to the apartment door. Basically, if you do not know that you are expecting a package, it will be returned to the shipper, basically by the driver's actions , the receiver pays for a service that was not done. I wish to see a Class Action lawyer to take them to court....it is horrible service when compared with UPS or even the USPS.

Everyone that I know who lives in a metropolitan avenue dreads the day the a FedEx package is expected.

If you go to a FedEx center and see the long line with people picking up their packages, instead of it being received at their home or business , you can see the magnitude of the problem, compare this to aUPS facility which is usually empty with few people picking up packages !!!

I waited in all today for a delivery which never arrived initially they said it had been delivered at 8am. I have never left the house it later transpired that the device had a malfunction so even though no signature was required the delivery could not be made. A delivery has now been arranged for Wednesday - hope springs eternal. Shame customer service only respond if you contact as a new customer. Standard operating procedures do not apply here why not?

Left (without Signature) In The Garden Of The Wrong Address.

My wife had already asked the company who's parcel that was late what had happened to it when a neighbour at No. 4 brought the parcel over to us at No. 5. He had found it in his garden! The parcel required a signature - obviously Fedex couldn't be bothered to deliver it to the correct address, let alone get a signature. The parcel was fabric worth over £100. I've obviously informed the company who I bought the fabric from - but I certainly would be wary of using Fedex myself.
