didn't receive my goods due to the driver not being bothered to check the special delivery note which had my contact number on.
Then I spoke to the support line and was told the depo or driver will contact me to let me know about it being delivered... no one called back I had to chase this down my self to get the answers to find out 5 days I have to wait now with no bed absolute terrible poor service I am currently waiting for the complaints to get back to me but I highly doubt anything at all will happen joke the communication and service has been poor and I don't think they could hit water if they fell out of a boat.
