After many attempts, I was finally able to reach a customer service representative who was extremely rude & unprofessional. She refused to allow me to speak to another representative or supervisor when I requested to, laughed at & hung up on me.
I had spent approximately $900 on tickets to a concert that was scheduled in March 2020, postponed & then eventually canceled. I was told an email was sent, giving me only 7 days to get in touch with a representative to request a refund of MY money. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS EMAIL, or I would have called. At this point, I am beyond disappointed& absolutely disgusted with this company.
