My event got cancelled and Vivid Seats claimed they sent an email in regards to the refund. They gave a deadline of one week to request a refund. I did not receive that email so when I called to request a refund they said they issued a credit on my account and I can't get a refund now. We're in the middle of a pandemic and there's no concerts to book. This is very disappointing as I really needed that refund. Terrible customer service overall. Don't recommend buying tickets from them. Stub Hub is better.
