Great Seats For The Lion King

I tried booking direct to see The Lion King in London, but all the seats on offer had restricted view. So I searched online and found TicketTree.com.

I read the reviews on here first, and felt confident that they were a good company to use. I'm glad I did!

I booked a theatre and hotel package for January at The Lyceum London. I received the tickets and hotel voucher well before our visit.

The seats were fantastic, right on the aisle, which is great for this show as the performers use the aisle several times so we were right next to them! The hotel was a Travelodge, and it was perfect for one night, the staff were so friendly, and breakfast was included. I couldn't have booked the theatre and hotel myself for the same price.

Well done TicketTree!

Great Seats! Helpful Staff.

We booked a trip to see War Horse and stay at a hotel in London. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone who recommended some seats in row M of the stalls. I thought that this was too far back but he looked at a theatre guide and told me that they were very good seats.

I took his word for it and he was absolutely right. We has a fanstastic view of the show and the hotel was very nice too. We were in walking distance of the theatre and had a good nights sleep.

We had a great weekend in London and TicketTree were excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent And Efficient Personal Service

A few weeks ago myself and my husband fancied a last minute London theatre break to see Warhorse. We tried booking directly but couldn't get tickets, I then stumbeled across Ticket tree and I am glad I did!

I booked on line and then neeeded to follow up with telephone conversation as my printer was broken.

The person on duty was excellent, personal and very friendly. He also phoned me back next morning to confirm my tickets and hotle booking has all come through.

THis perosnal touch was certainlt not what I have come to expect from faceless ticket agencies

Excellent valu for money

Useless - 'mixed Up' Hotel Booking And Ruined Holiday

Absolutely useless company. Booked a hotel stay through them for a Christmas trip, only for them to send a brief last minute e-mail saying there had been a 'mix up' and the rooms I'd booked were no longer available. This then meant I had to cancel the entire trip, disappointing family and friends who were travelling from around the country to go with me.

Then, in the evening of what would have been the first day of the trip, the rooms were available - but obviously far too late for anyone to attend, especially given the distances some of us would have been travelling. As such, they then refused to refund the cost of the hotel rooms, saying that they had provided them and it was my fault I couldn't attend.

All in all, terrible service, and even worse customer service - rude, inefficient and unfriendly. They absolutely ruined what should have been a special occasion, and I would strongly suggest anyone avoid booking with them.

TicketTree.com

Hi, I'm Phil Allen, a director at TicketTree.com.

Given that we have very few complaints it was quite easy to find the booking that this review relates to. We did our utmost to contact you with the contact details provided by yourself to inform you that there was possibly an issue with your booking, when you got back in touch with us a week later, on the day of departure, to say that you were unhappy we got back to you within 20 minutes to confirm that everything was as originally booked (upgraded even). We strive to offer an excellent service and when we do make a mistake we certainly learn from it, hence why we've been around to celebrate our 10th birthday last year.

Helpful And Understanding

Bit of a mix up when the tickets were booked by a third party (dates did not match) but the staff at ticket tree came through and saved the weekend.

Ticket Tree

I have no connection with this firm but due to my experiences thought I would recommend them. I am sure there are other firms with possibly even better deals but tickettree.com really worked for me ........ OH wanted to see a production at National Theatre .... completely sold out but she had found some £47 tickets on the internet (legit) going for £61 .... so for two of us £122 + CC charge + booking fee. On top of that we needed a hotel for the night + train down and back ~ I could see my wallet crying Well TicketTree did the lot for £200 with a further £10 off via Quidco. So for £190 we got return train tickets from Birmingham, night in Farringdon TravelLodge including full breakfast and the two theatre tickets - not an incredibly cheap deal but far less than booking individually especially as it was a last moment thing.
