I received an ETIX ticket. I called them and ETIX has the ticket listed under a different name than mine.

I showed up and the event was postponed that day. It was rescheduled and I was ready to attend but called before leaving and it was again postponed . I was never contacted about any of these changes. I only knew because of calling the event site the second time.

It has now been rescheduled and I will be gone and can't attend ten months after the original date.

I can't get a refund and theatrelandamerica will not buy back the ticket. I am now stuck with a $200 ticket that I
am hesitant to try to resell because the ticket is still under someone else's name.

This seems like poor customer service to me. If I had bought directly from the box office I wouldn't be having these problems now.
