I bought tickets through Gigantic for a gig just before the pandemic hit back in 2020. Since then the gig has been rescheduled numerous times, and I have had a disaster at home. I had opted for physical tickets - which were sent out many many moons ago. The rescheduled gig is now 4 days away, I'm living away from home (my home is uninhabitable at present) & I realised that I have no clue where the tickets are. They could be in the uninhabitable house, they could be in storage, they could be anywhere... I found my original purchase email and got in touch with Gigantic - they very swiftly resolved the problem with no fuss. A perfect resolution & wonderful customer service. Faultless!
