I googled for festival tickets and Eventim popped up. I was a little hesitant at first as I hadn't heard of them, but after using their hassle free easy to use website, which in my books means excellent customer service, I will definitely use them again and importantly recommend them to my friends.

“Great ticket agency recommendation”

This ticket agency was recommended by a friend as easy to use and hassle free. I booked my festival tickets via Eventim today and have to agree - great booking experience. Their website was easy to follow and use. I will certainly book via Eventim again and am happy to recommend them to others too!

“First Class Service!”

I used this company a couple of months ago to book some tickets for a gig and I was not disappointed. I usually use Ticketmaster and Seetickets but since booking with Eventim I have not gone back to those companies. The ease of use with the website was great and then I had to call up the call centre to change some details and they were superb with me. I will continue to use Eventim. The best ticket agent out there. Thank you Eventim, finally a ticket company I can trust.
