Bought a 2006 Boulevard 150 2nd hand and it has been very good. Paid $700 with a little over 3,400kms on it. It seems to drain the battery when not in use and I have had an issue with the fuel line getting cut , probably from rubbing as indicated in a previous review.
Otherwise it runs very well.
Does anyone knw if it possible to add a windshield ? really could use it in colder weather.

Overall the Derbi Boulevard is a nice city bike but do not believe that it will hold a 100 khm on the highway, lots of guys have not checked speedometer against an accurate one. Battery holding charge a real problem.

I own and ride a 2006 Derbi Blvd 150. Al in all this scooter is very good value for the money,
The 2006 Derbi Blvd 150 can be still purchased in Canada for under $3000 new.
Responding to the question about poor battery performance: buy a new battery. I had poor performance on my 2003 Derbi Boulevard. I replaced the battery a year ago, and have had no problems starting since then.
Response to the question about poor battery performance: get a new one. I have the same bike (a 2003 model). The battery was unreliable, so I replaced it a year ago, and it's started fine since then.
I love my Derbi scooter, but the battery is completely unreliable. I have to keep it attached to the trickle charger and, even then, after just riding it a few blocks to work I come out of work and the battery is dead. Any suggestions?

Bought My Derbi Boulevard 150 Scooter Second Hand
Bought my Derbi Boulevard 150 scooter second hand with low kilometres and am very happy with it. It has great storage under seat - holds full face helmet. Immobiliser is a bonus, easy starting, good ergonomic package. It suits a tall rider and the power is good.
Does not seem to have audible tone for indicators when on. Headlight seems always on when ignition is on. These may be just my unfamiliarity with the bike!

I Initially Loved My Derbi Boulevard. I Put On A
I initially loved my Derbi Boulevard. I put on a 190 cylinder and upgraded the exhaust. The bike flew and the handling and brakes are great. But then the problems started. I went through 3 gas lines because the way they route it results in wear against the frame. Ultimately we put a metal sheath around it. Then the battery doesn't stay charged (and I've replaced it twice). I basically have a routine of putting it on a charger every Sunday so it will make it through the next week. Now I'm having starting difficulties which I think are carborettor related. But since the dealer I bought it from has discontinued carrying the line due to poor factory support, I'm having difficulty finding someone close by to fix it. Too bad because when it runs its a lot of fun.
Anyone that changes a scooter from stock should expect problems. Unless you are a mechanic and want to work on it weekly, don't change a thing. Buy a bigger scooter to start with.
I had a Derbi Boulevard 150 and loved it. It handled great.
Q&A
I have a 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150. It has 8600 km on it. It is in excellent shape. (My mechanic thought it was a 2016!! However it has sat for a couple of years and now it won’t stay running. My mechanic says it needs a fuel petcock in the gas tank. Where would I find this part?
