calling the company to ask questions, i found the person who picked to being in such a rush. Second time i rang to join and book lessons, same man picked up and forgot to take payment details from me. i was shocked. but still booked lessons with them, after buying first 10 i was texted information of my lesson and instructor. on the day of my first lesson my instructor did not show up after ringing a few times he picked up,and said he isnt my instructor and it was changed. He didnt give me any details and said he cant help, and to call the company. I called the comapny three times and noone picked up, calling a few days later they gave me another instructor and texted their details. when i called to make sure i get my lessons, again no pick up. I gave up.. called the office for a full refund a few times, thankfully they atleast refunded me. - VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO LESSONS TAKEN DUE TO NO SHOW. UNBELIEVEABLE.

1st lesson that I had the driver was constantly grabbing the wheel. 2nd lesson he never turned up due to a cancellation that I did not request. My lesson was then rearranged and the driver turned up 35minutes late and when I went to look out my window the driver was no where to be found. I had to call the company 3 times only to be told it was my fault and out of the 5 hours I booked I had 3 hours of actually lesson and only 1 passed over to a new driver that I'm only keeping in contact with. I sent a email and still 2 weeks later I have not been replied to. Any time you call doesn't matter what department, the man is the same person you are talking to. They are just a couple of cheated and not to be trusted. So don't be fooled by their cheap deal and "great" review on their site because they have just written that up themselves and paid people to promote their company!

really good school with great, punctual, respectful, and very experienced instructors. i didn't have my license two months ago and now i do, thank you!

i would definitely recommend anyone wanting to pass their practical to book through these guys!

This company is a scandal.

In a dispute with the instructor, they automatically took his word against mine.

The instructor was not patient and I felt uncomfortable changing the instructor with the company, as I felt I could not complain.

They kept money I had on credit and refused to pay me back.

My instructor kept rescheduling lessons last minute to prioritise other students who had tests constantly. He had too many students to be able to take me seriously, despite how much in advance I would plan the lessons.

I am very disappointed that they are not refunding me for the block lessons I had purchased and refusing to send me a replacement instructor.

Do not purchase from this company -- use better/established companies like BSM and RED (even if they are a bit more expensive).

Having been dissapointed by another driving school i was recommended to Want Driving Lessons by a friend. I booked a 20 hour course and they also booked my driving test for me so i didnt have to wait a long time for it.

My driving instructor was very good and knew the test routes.

I passed with 2 minor faults and i am very happy with the service recieved.

Dont waste your time and money with other driving schools, go for quality driving lessons and save time and money with this school.

Instructer picked me up late and dropped me off way too early. After paying for 40 hours of lessons I still can't drive. I paid for 20 hours, before I got the last 4 hours the instructer was first sick then went on holiday then I was unable to get in touch with him. Like an idiot, I paid another 20 hours and was messed about with the lessons then the instructer refused to give me my 4 hours that I paid for. Called customer services who said the instructer said he gave me the hours but the instructer had told me they did not pay him for the hours. Too much stress. I think I will now go for a named school.

Since they were so happy to take my money customer services could have done better to sort out the dispute.

this driving school came up as the most affordable in my area and from doing my reseach there past rates were good and all there instructors have a long period of driving experience. I made an enquiry and got given back so much information so quickly which made it so much easier to make my choice. I started my lessons within the same week and now waiting to take my test. love it.

They have claimed that they can book early days for an additional fee of £25 that have to be paid in advance along with the practical exam fees of £62 which all had to be in advance. I naively agreed and paid the money immediately. After more than 5 days no test was booked, no apologies were given. Called their customer service who were totally rude and unhelpful. I finally requested a refund, which they have confirmed to be complete and should take 1-3 days to show in my account. Today more that 14 days later no money was ever paid back. Do not use their service, unless you like to pay money and have nothing to show for it.

I hardly would write a review but for this i had to. The service and consistency was just the best, my instructor would always be patient as i haven't driven for a good few years. And i passed first time this round and i'm over the moon!!!!

I passed my driving test after having the best instructor ever! I was never confident with driving but after a few lessons with my instructor, I felt so confident and always wanted to be driving. My instructor understood that i was a fresher and was always so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. I'm so glad i picked to do my lessons with this paticular driving school, best choice I've ever made!
