Calm collected and very good from the basics through to the more advanced, with his tuition I would have never passed. He's been very flexible and supportive of fitting my lessons around my life / job and accommodated me at every turn. A motivator and confidence builder, I have already recommended him to family and friends.

Had a lovely instructor who gave me great deals and helped me pass fairly quickly! Would advise to buy bulk lessons instead of individual ones though as it makes it a lot cheaper.

Would definitely recommend them to others!

I'd had some bad luck with an instructor before Roy took me on, and had really lost all confidence. From my first lesson, Roy put me at ease and managed to pin point pretty much straight away where my strengths and weaknesses were and we worked from there.

He is very patient and calm, is very honest with feedback after each lesson and makes you, as a student, feel safe and confident.

Roy takes pride in his role as a driving instructor and as such when he puts you forward for a test you feel confident that you are ready.

I would highly recommend Roy as an instructor to anyone!

After a less than adequate service from my previous instructor, Roy was happy to take me on at short notice for a test. The precision and care that Roy that accompanies Roy's style of teaching helped not just to pass my test but to make me feel comfortable and in control of the vehicle. I passed my test with Roy after failed attempts from a previous instructor. This wasn't the end however, Roy agreed to take me back on a year after passing my text to ensure I was confident to drive alone after being off the road for a year. All lessons were delivered from a friend as well as a teacher, would definitely recommend!

Roy helped me pass in 10 months I had never been behind a wheel of a car before but Roy was great and had loads of time and the patiant of a saint keep up the good work mate

I reallly enjoyed my lessons, I had previously been messed about but Roy turned it around and clearly worked a miracle as i can now drive! It was money well spent and he worked all hours round the clock for me to pass on time :) definitely has the customer's interests at heart and was a pleasure to be taught by him ! thank you!

I felt at ease at the wheel from the very first lesson, Roy helped me get used to being on the road and realising there's nothing to be scared of.

Roy is a really nice guy, very friendly and I felt he was always patient with me even when I was getting frustrated with myself.

The lessons were broken down well and I learnt at a good pace over a few months, and Roy was always flexible with times that were convenient for me.

Overall, Roy's a great instructor and I would definitely recommend! :)

Started with Roy around 2 year ago been passed around a year, he got me started after being slightly worried about being on the road, taught me all the correct habits and was very easy to learn with. He keeps a very calming influence within the confines of the car which then enables you to learn effectively. Gives that personal touch to learning being a friend as well as the instructor and a great peoples person.

Would highly recommend to any potential new drivers and for any wishing for a better chance of learning to drive, even if its just to brush up after not driving for a while.

Roy was the second driving instructor I had after I realized that the first one with another company was not in any way good to learn with. After having just a few lessons with Roy I became much more relaxed with driving but also had fun and a laugh while learning. I liked how straight forward and simple everything was which really helped me progress. My brother is now also using Roy to learn with through my recommendation and has also told me how easy and fun he is finding it. Overall I am extremely pleased I swapped driving instructors and would recommend to anyone .
