I had only ever driven cars before and needed to obtain my C1 licence. I searched for a driving school that could provide this for me and came across 1 Stop Instruction.

I called the office and a lovely lady helped me with my enquiries and so I booked my lessons.

I wasn’t too sure what the lessons would be like and how I would be driving a van compared to a car. I was put at ease straight away by my instructor and once I took the wheel it was fine as my instructor had shown me what to do taking corners etc and his mantras helped too.

My instructors were friendly and you could have a chat and a laugh with them throughout the lessons.

I managed to do the reversing manoeuvre better than I thought I would too with some great tips from my instructor.

Come test day I was set for the test and passed first time.

I would recommend 1 Stop Instruction to anyone looking into getting a C1 licence, but they also teach other modes of transport which I’m sure is just as good.

I just passed my C1 practical test. I had never previously driven a van. I was out of practice on manual driving and was nervous about the test. I credit the fact that I passed first time after only five days of lessons to the outstanding quality of instruction given by 1 Stop. It was genuinely one of the best learning experiences I've had due to the instructors' attention to detail and ability to assess learning requirements and provide simple strategies to addressing them. Their expertise and professionalism are formidable. I would strongly recommend them to others. If I ever need training on any of the other vehicle categories they will be my first port of call.

I have recently just taken my category C1 test with 1 Stop Instruction. I can honestly say I went into it not knowing what to expect however by the end I felt fully prepared, confident and comfortable.

I booked a 12 hour training course. This course was over a 3 day period, consisting of 2 days training and 1 day for training and test. Each training day lasted 4 hours.

On my first day I went out feeling confident that I needed no training and that driving a van would come natural to me as I do this for a job (smaller vans) however after about 1 min and 30 seconds my instructor was picking out all of the bad habits that I never knew I had!

We continued our drive and the same on the second day but we also did the reversing manoeuvre that is required, but with my instructor drilling the correct procedures into me with some of the most unusual techniques I might add, I smashed it.

Test day came and I felt confident and cool but nervous going into it, however with everything that I had learnt I put into practice and passed my test.

Lastly I would like to say that I would recommend this training centre to anyone who wants further there driving experience as they have a wide range of courses available. The instructors here and approachable, down to earth, friendly and comfortable to be around. It felt like I had known him years! This made it easier for me to learn as I was so comfortable. One of the best things about the instructors is that they also do not sugar coat anything they tell you how it is as they see it. When they quote 'Roadcraft Professionals' they really do mean it.

I would like to again thank the 1Stop instructors for getting me through my test.

I was recommended One Stop Instruction from someone, checked there website & gave them a call. From the first call I spoke to a lovely lady that was very helpful, gave me the information I required & I decided to book.

I am relatively conservative when it comes to prices, so I did a lot of shopping around, this was on the lower end of the spectrum for the hours received.

I went for a 16 hour C1 course, I have never driving a large vehicle before & own a small call. I was a bit nervous before my first lesson but when meeting with my instructor (Pepsi) I was put at ease, he shown me the basics & got me behind the wheel, there was a lot of tips & great critic on my driving, areas in which I was uncomfortable in my normal driving, I felt had improved.

Then next two days I was with Kav, again a great instructor, all one on one training, completely at ease with the service.

I went for the test a little nervous, the couple hours before put me well at ease, I went for the test & passed first time with only a couple of minors.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, everyone I had contact with was lovely (Bev, Pepsi & Kav) & I genuinely couldn’t recommend these guys anymore & will be recommending this service to anyone I speak to that may need it.

I did my C1 licence with 1 Stop. They had the best price of any companies I researched. I hadn't driven much for 2 years and had a lot of bad habits. I did a 12 hour course with my test included. The price was great and the office staff were very helpful and friendly. My Instructor was great, very professional and friendly and although I was quiet nervous I enjoyed my time driving worh him. I paid for 10 hours of driving and I got 10 hours of driving minus toilet breaks. The instructor made me feel very calm before the test and despite all my previous bad habits and lack of recent experience I passed my test. I would highly recommend 1 Stop and if I'm going for anymore licences I wlll definitlty be going back to them again.

Really good instruction, helped build confidence on the road and there is clearly a lot of passion for driving and teaching. Huge variety of road types, including motorways and residential areas. Also very helpful when it comes to booking tests. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend one stop if you want to pass C1. I am a very anxious person and did not learning to drive a car at all, which took many many hours. My instructor was excellent. He was patient, calming, funny, and put me at ease. He loves his job, which is obvious. When I initially tried to buy a large number of hours as a package deal at the beginning, he encouraged me to reduce them, saying most people don't need that many and I could buy more later if needbe. He's not doing it for the money.

Good, honest approach. They will give you great training before exam, rest is up to you!
