Very disappointing experience, I was told not to worry about the expiry date of the lessons due to the pandemic. Unfortunately during this pandemic, I wouldn't be able to do the lessons. I never heard from him again throughout the year. I recently emailed and was told the lessons had expired. After 4-5 angry emails, he then called me and was very aggressive on the phone. I had no option but to accept a partial refund due to his aggressive manner on the phone. He should have communicated they lesson would expire instead of just telling me not to worry. I was gutted to lose this money and felt he had done me wrong.

(Name removed) was incredibly patient and extremely friendly. With a professional learning technique, including helpful hints and tips, I ended up passing first time. As someone who was exceptionally nervous, (name removed) made me feel calm and confident on the road. I would most definitely recommend this driving school (Echo driving school) to anyone who is thinking of taking automatic driving lesson. Echo driving school also covers manual driving lesson around south west london. Oh i forgot to mention the price of a single driving lesson was £20 for students and nurse and teaches also get a discount. Thank you Echo driving school!. Aml, Fulham SW6
