Paid £25 deposit. Driving instructor never came back with a date for first lesson, just kept saying he'd give a date. Decided to go with a more professional driver and asked for a refund 10 WEEKS ago. Bill Plant still stalling and won't refund me. Every email another excuse why they haven't done it. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Cant provide driving instructor training but will take the money for it. Cant provide training for a delayed period because of backlog but happy to take the money and say they can. Wont refund the money now that we cant wait as we are pregnant.

Had one lesson with Leeds Bill Plant and was shocked at his attitude to over drivers, pedestrians etc. targeting his irritation at their driving skills, colour or both, Can't believe that anyone in this day and age feeld it is OK to behave like this in public, let alone as a so called professional, in a car with a pupil. I didn't like that he was taking up most of the space in the car.

I booked five lessons .with biii plant...the driving instructor couldn't find my road....couldnt speak fluent English...turned up half an hour late on lesson 2 and 3...take note lesson 3 and 4 lasted 15 minutes...as he had appointments the other side of the city...5 th lesson he didn't bother to show up...? I phoned him 3 times ...went straight to answer phone...what an idiot...phoned the company to complain ...useless!...

I had just passed my driving test last week and I had a great experience with Bill plant Driving School.

I have tried to book lessons 3 times now and the first time the instructor text me on the day to cancel, second time, no one bothered to contact me at all. I have also contacted customer services who claimed they would call me back but didn't! Seems like no one needs the work!

Absolute joke, never would I bother to learn to drive with such incompetent people!

My driving instructor wouldn't turn up for some of my lessons and when asked for a reason, he would reply with 'I was busy'!

Constantly added money on from where I had already paid him but because you don't get receipts you can't prove what you've paid!

When I brought this to bill plants customer service team, I was told I had to handle it with my instructor! That it's a franchise and they can't help!

USELESS, MONEY HUNGRY, ZERO RESPECT

booked an appointment online driving instructor never showed up so decided to call customer service and all they said will send e-mail out up to now I'm still waiting for the driving instructor to get back to me very poor customer serviceand only one automatic instructor in the area which never got back to me

One of the memorable experience with Bill Plant Driving School.. The staff was friendly and very well trained/experienced !!
