From the moment we signed up for and paid for our brand new caravan the company showed no interest in us or helping us. When we wanted extras added they said it would take over 8 months to book us in as they were too busy. Even when there was a manufacturer re-call that affected the caravans ingress they didn't bother to tell us and we only found out about it when we came to sell it. This was before they offered us £4000 less than any other dealer for it in part exchange. I will never ever use this company again.

We recently updated our old motorhome for a Rapido from Becks Motorhomes near Great Yarmouth. What a great company to deal with. They could not have been more helpful, even after the event when we had a small problem they pulled all the stops out to help. Highly recommended!
