Nothing to much trouble and he took the time to explain everything asking our (well my wife's priorities). The transaction was smooth - we part ex'd our former car and purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman All 4 Petrol Manual. Very detailed and methodical handover. Great experience and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. We were looking at Audi but no follow up from those guys which kind of sealed the deal, plus a nicer looking car with a lot more in it plus 3 years service included. Excellent and would go back.
