My husband bought a car from him, had problems with the sun roof not working, and then the boot. All within a week. Needless to say he is not honouring his meaningless verbal 3 month warranty. A call to watch dog may not go a miss - he is a rogue trader.

I had to buy a car for my mother and Whites Motors found me a great deal on a used Honda Civic, reasonable price and the car is a good runner. Will recommend to friends and family.

Bought a car from them and the following day phoned up to say it had a gearbox problem. Being a Saturday they said they would speak to there mechanic on Monday since the car was covered by 3 months verbal warrantee. Monday afternoon no call so I call for them to turn around and say did I get some quotes since their mechanic didn’t want to touch it and they will only pay half the bill if I send them the receipt. I get the work done after threatening them with trading standard for not offering to pay the whole bill under warrantee and after not hearing from them for a few weeks after they received the bill and not responded to my e-mails I call to be told they wont be threatened with Trading standards so apologised so they would honour there 1st offer of paying half the bill. 5 emails and 2 months later STILL no money from them. Bunch of lying rouge traders.

This dealer is dishonest.He offers extended warranty, and then doesn't register the car after you've driven It away. this is a honest warning to all that wish to buy from Whites Motors in Hampshire, beware!!!!
