Western Saab, Glasgow

Purchased a nearly new Saab convertible from this garage and paid for a Hirsch uprade.Found out a few years later that the upgrade had not been done and contacted my salesman which was a waste of time.After 3 vists to the garage and numerous e-mails to general manager of the branch and others in this Saab franchise,was seen by the receptionist at servicing and advised eventually that I would be refunded the £700+ I paid for the upgrade( which had not been done.)The general manager was too busy to speak (I had advised him of the time I would arrive for this 3rd visit to his garage)to me .The cheque eventually arrived.

I declined their offer to fit the Hirsch upgrada at the current price

I was disappointed by this incident and the lack of interest shown by management at the branch or francise in speaking to me.I did complain to Saab UK.If I used this garage agin,I would require proof that any extas/upgrades had been carried out.
