AVOID this back street trader ! The bad reviews on here are True.!!!!! They are nice whilst they take your money however you are paying for a overpriced auction car bodged ready for the pitch which you are gambling whether it's going to be fit for purpose. If it's not fit for purpose which was the case for us with the same reoccurring fault (non runner).

The nice sales pitch goes and you see the change in the way you are dealt with instantly as soon as you have a issue ! No call backs , empty promises, made out you are a liar! Vile language , unprofessional nasty communications, hung up on whilst you are the one calm polite customer, they have a major issue with talking to woman and overpower at every opportunity the worst I have ever experienced.

I bought Renault espace from welcome cars staff were very friendly and helpful car had to have some work done following mot which they had done then delivered the car to me in Bristol on the Friday night before the bank holiday weekend free of charge the car is lovely and I would highly recommend any one looking for a used car to pay them a visit I was nervous of buying a car as I have bought a few in the last year and been sold cars that fell apart within a few months from other dealers welcome cars have restored my faith in in used car dealers thankyou to all the staff

I recently travelled to Swindon from Scotland as I was looking for a very specific car with extremely low mileage and found it there

I was naturally a little nervous about travelling so far without seeing the car but the whole experience was a pleasure...they even picked me up from the train station.

As for the car it's in immaculate condition and EXACTLY as advertised.

Avoid this place like the plague.

Went to view a Mazda 6 yesterday as we are expecting another baby. Phoned up in the evening around 6pm and gave my card details to leave a deposit to secure the vehicle. Was told the vehicle will be ready by Thursday latest.

I received a call today and was told that another customer came along last night and bought the car out right in cash... I find this hard to believe as they reportedly shut at 5?

I cancelled my existing policy and arranged for a new policy to be taken out, privately sold my car to fund the Mazda...to then be told they've sold it. So now I'm left with no car at all and having to cancel yet another policy. I would rate it lower than a 1 but it wouldn't let me.

Absolutely disgusting.

Stay away at all cost trouble from day one need some new sell team there say what you want to hear just to get you to buy from them got away lucky useless as a company in my opinion
