Bought a car from this company had nothing but bother with it, its been in and out the garage with different things wrong with it, when you phone the company they never return your call, iv had the car 3 month now still no log book or reciepts for anything, i was supposed to get reciept for the timing belt and service history which i havnt got yet and all the work its had done since iv had it, its had front strut, back suspension, heater plugs, turbo, blow heaters in car, bushes done, gear box mount, tracking twice, and the temperature gauge which is still waiting to get fixed, all this has went wrong with the car within the 3 month iv had it, all these cars are supposed to be sold in perfect working order before they leave the garage, not 1 person in the place know anything about cars or about anything for that matter they havnt got a clue, avoid !! Took it to my local garage and they said the brakes were dangerous well below the minimum on pads and discs out of peace of mind i got the work for that done myself out my own pocket so i knew it was safe because waiting for these to pull there finger out i would of still been waiting now.

Offered £19k for the car online, which seemed 'fair' for one of these services. The girl turned up to view it, and said it looked like new. She also had no idea how to start the car and didn't know what Adaptive Cruise Control was.

She then said "I know we offered you £19k, but I just need to make a phone call... OK, we're offering £16.5k today."

"Your offer was £19k online and you just said the car looks like new."

"We're offering £16.5k. Do you want to sign?"

"Bye."

Complete waste of everyone's time. Don't bother. At least sites like We Buy Any Car offer silly money on the website, so you're prepared when you go down there. These guys have got no idea what they're doing, send people who know nothing about cars to view, and just try to knock £1000s off the value for no reason at all.

Got an online valuation for my Audi, was contacted within 30 minutes to arrange for a sales person to come and buy the car. I was expecting the worse having read reviews about these sort of companies but was pleasantly surprised when they turned up and were not trying to deduct money for stonechips etc and they accepted the normal wear and tear on a car of 5 years old. They paid me the online valuation and the car was then collected. All done from my home so no hassle at all.

Found these guys after a search on line and decided to give them a go. Used their online valuation system which I have to say worked great and as stated in their on-site content offered me a fair and competitive price for my car. I then arranged for one of their team to visit me at home.

He turned up on time and evaluating my vehicle and pointing out a couple of marks on the body work which to be honest I had failed to mention, gave me £100 under what the original offer was.

Can't say I was unhappy with this and would definitely recommend them to any potential car sellers.
