I Bought A 2002 Toyota Rav4 In May 2005 From The L
I bought a 2002 Toyota Rav4 in May 2005 from the Larry H. Miller Toyota car dealers, who promised me a key fob for my car in order to seal the deal. After calling AT LEAST every other week for 4 months, twice a week for 1 month, and leaving work early twice to have the fob programmed, it turns out the car isn't even equipped for keyless entry. And they want me to split the cost with them to have it installed. It's a small issue, but one that has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. If Larry H. Miller can't handle small problems like this, how do they take care of bigger problems?
