bought astra turbo second hand took for test drive every thing ok except rear washer wasn't working properly just thought out of fluid so never said anything decided to buy car and trade old car in week later went to pick car up sales man bought round for me to take all very nice and polite
got out on main road front indicator not working so tried other indicator not working either so took straight back to dealer as literaly outside garage on roundabout
looked at it said front bumper had to be removed as problem was behind bumper then said they had to bodge it because didn't have proper harness for repair which worked took back a week later because rear washer hadn't been fixed then rang about my tax refund from trade in car because dvla had no record of it being sent for refund rang dealer week ago said ring back nothing so would I use tiptree again don't know had 3 cars from them had problems with each one although on recalls ok

Fiesta booked in for 5th service & m o t .Phone call from under woods Tiptree , informed car ready for collection
Informed brake fluid needs change , why did they not make a phone call to me an state this while they had the car .?
Thought they had the car for a service . What about the M O T ? Not done , This garage has serviced this car for us sine been a brand new car & give it it's first M O T . The car is always serviced & MO T the same time every year

Underwoods Garage, Sudbury
First of all, not all Underwood Garages are as bad as Sudbury. The Tiptree dealership is first class with sales and servicing.
However this cannot be said for Sudbury. We visited the showroom to purchase a used Corsa but the young sales lady had other ideas. She must have spent nearly an hour persuading us to buy a new Agila, which led to us walking out mentally exhausted.
I subsequently found a model we required down at Tiptree with mention of upgrading to a new car.
With (name removed) down there it was a case "I will have that Corsa" to which he replied "Done"
Unfortunately it developed a few problems, so I returned the car to Sudbury, being my home town.
That caused nothing but hassle, to the point where they actually damaged the bodywork, then denied any responsibility.

In conclusion, steer clear of Sudbury and go to Tiptree instead where you will receive superb service
