I went to truecar to buy my new truck. It was simple and straightforward. I like that I didn't have to negotiate with the dealer. I used the app which worked well. It would be nice if they had a scanning feature so I could doublecheck the price on the dealer lot. But, it was still better than I expected.

A few months back, I did some search on VW Tiguan, I found this site, truecar. It provides very good information on new and used cars. I got a certificate from three dealers recommended by truecar.com The price is much lower than other dealers' and I didn't need sit through hours of torture from sale persons. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you, truecar. I highly recommend them. I also enjoy my new Tiguan.
