Vw Golf Gtd

Purchased a vw golf gtd 2010 off cars4u, durimg the process salesman was really helpful, sent 2 videos of the car walkround etc, the car from what i saw looked bob on and from how he was describing it was ideal, wasnt until i received the car Ansa failed to mention the car had dents in the drivers door, rear bumper was cracked and the drivers seat the leather was torn

If he had disclosed this info to me i probably would have thought twice before my purchase

Hi,

I’m afraid this review has been left in error and has been confused with other similarly named companies. We are Trade Cars 4 U Prestige Sports and Performance in Bingley and have no record of your details on file. Can we ask that this review is removed and placed in the correct place intended for the right company.

Thank you.

Rac Warranty Is Of No Value

I bought this car unseen, taking comfort from the RAC approved status of the dealer, and the multipoint check that is done. I paid the asking price, and for delivery. I received the car with about 25 miles of petrol in it. 3 months later, I had issues with the car, a few hundred pounds of bills, and no sense of responsibility from the dealer to contribute towards this, even though the items requiring replacement were allegedly deemed to have passed the RAC branded checking process.

Highly Recommended

Bought a Nissan 350Z off T4U at the beginning of the month. During the 100 mile drive home I discovered that there seemed to be a noise from the gearbox.

The next day I emailed T4U and they encouraged me to take it to a garage and have them examine the problem.

It turned out that the gearbox had a serious fault. T4U paid the cost of the gearbox strip down and it was realised the box was uneconomical to repair.

T4U then sourced a new gearbox and had it shipped to the garage.

This is a particularly rare and expensive gearbox.

All fitted and paid for and not even the slightest argument from T4U.

throughly impressed. I would encourage you to speak to John at T4U. A real genuine guy who could give lessons on after sales care to every other dealer I've had the misfortune to deal with.

Thanks for turning a negative back into a positive!

Spot On Customer Service.

I, personally, haven't dealt with this dealer although my dad has.

He fell in love with a very smart 2003 BMW 320 in Grey.

Obviously, due to the mileage involved, it wasn't practical for my dad to view in advance, so, all communication was via email & eventual phone call to agree to buy.

All communication was faultless, every information requested was received in prompt time & the final deal over the phone was discussed fairly for both parties to be a good deal.

Train journey collection... my dad was met at the station & driven to the garage.

Being in the trade myself, I was nervous that he had bought it blind, I was praying it would be ok as i was unable to accompany him to help.

The car turned out to be fantastic & everything my dad wanted, the car was fuel'd, tax'd & ready to go.

The only disappointment was the dealer couldn't be there in person to hand it over as he'd been called away, his wife was more than capable, however.

All in all the purchase & subsequent ownership has been a complete pleasure & I hope I can purchase from him in the future when I need to change. Tradecars4u.co.uk
