Awful

Went to view a Orange Fiat grande punto. It was advertised at 1 owner from new, and in mint condition with low mileage. When we arrived we saw a dusty yard filled with portacabins and car after car right up close to each other. This in itself put me on edge, When we walked up to the car we saw the front left tire was flat, the other front tire had no tread and the car was filthy. The sideskirting was almost ripped off, and the inside had tears all in the seats. Apon starting up the engine it was whining and clearly not in a fit state. The workers at the site were just dossing about not looking interested. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE

Absolute Bargain

Bought myself a 2003 VW Golf GT Tdi .... It was priced at an amazing low price compared to the others in the market ... It is a bit dusty there and the car was dirty but they gave it an in and out wash before i left. Didn't mind the wait because the car was well worth it. Friendly bunch of Lads. Not your main dealer flashy showroom but huge selection at bargain prices. :)

Absolute Waste Of Time And Effort!

I would not recommend this place anybody. Tell u things you want to hear on the phone but doesn't stick to what they say when you get there! Cars are filthy dirty and don't look anything like the photos. The car I went to look at had damage to the front bumper, this was not mentioned in the advert and no photos of the damage at all. They are rude and communication is terrible!

Knowingly Sell Defective Cars

Before a deposit was placed on the car the guys at A F Cars Ltd (thecartradecentre.com) have been nice and helpful, promising to rectify minor faults and offer a free warranty. Things have changed when I turned up and very little of what was promised was done. This is when I was told the list of things to rectify that we both signed under "meant nothing", that there would be no warranty and, quite blatantly, that I "should not trust" them. They were also making up additional charges on the spot such as wanting me to pay extra for the remaining road tax. I should have walked away from my deposit, but I bought the car and it failed very shortly after purchase beyond repair. I believe that the trader had known all along that the car was faulty as they have rather desperately written "sold to trade" over my invoice once the purchase was made. They also include a small print saying "cars over ten years old are sold for parts and repairs only" which they obviously never mention verbally and are happy to say that the car is fine, not even needing a service, and take you for a test drive. I am now trying to get a refund from them for the car that had to be written off, which, quite predictably, is a nightmare.
